Continue your Virtual training into the spring - Wednesdays and Fridays will be 50 min Virtual workouts or a recording. The focus will remain on 2 training systems each week.

This year over 160 riders joined TaG coaches daily, riding Virtual Livestream, VOD Youtube and Zwift classes. The challenge was to ride 30 minutes every day for 30 days in January.

Nicknamed the "Beast of Provence", Mont Ventoux is the scene of one of the most grueling climbs in the Tour de France, which has ascended the mountain eighteen times since 1951. Our challenge makes use of the GPS accurate model of this infamous climb on the Zwift platform.
