Directed by Olympians and coached by Elite cyclists from every discipline, TaG training has been proven at the highest levels.
TaG offers on-bike interval based workouts and training plans, which include drills to improve pedalling efficiency and technique on the bike. The workouts are periodized throughout the year and we train all the different energy systems including strength, aerobic and anaerobic capacity and power using wattage and cadence.
Each client performs a MAP (maximum aerobic power) ramp-style test in one of their early sessions. The result of this gives them specific wattage numbers to work within in each class to ensure the efforts are appropriate for everyone.
Our offerings range from virtual to in-studio classes and outdoor rides in season.
