What is Power Up?


Power Up will start with an assessment testing to determine your abilities for short hard power and also mid to longer range power metrics.

  1. Get a review of analytics from your indoor session each week

  2. 8 Week training program (In studio and Virtual) - Wednesdays at 6:30am/Thursdays at 6pm called Critical Power

  3. Outdoor — A weekly interval workout will be provided for you to do as your outdoor start and will have a version to be used indoors.

  4. Zoom training seminar with in-house coaches to review the power zones and their application to your riding and goals with a Q&A segment.

  5. 1 Group outdoor coached session

What's included:

  • Pro Analytics for your Wednesday am or Thursday pm class each week

  • 8 week Training program designed to optimize your abilities at 1, 5, 10 & 20 minute power

  • 2 workouts/week 

    • 1 x 60 min in studio training class per week (Wednesday/Thursday) & recordings. 

    • 1 written outdoor (adaptable to indoor) climbing /FTP workouts to complete anytime 1/ week.

  • Virtual feedback and training question seminar with Lesley T, Colleen & Jordan - join live or receive the recording.
