Core Strength and Mobility
Join Coach Shannon, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, for 4 weeks of progressive core strength and mobility. Her program focuses on building core strength and practicing muscular engagement while incorporating dynamic stretching. These 15-minute workouts are the perfect addition to your training plan, 4 weeks to a stronger, more functional body.

BCBR Winter Training Camp  – BC Bike Race requires a solid set of physical training and prep to tackle 7 days and an average of 1500 meters of climbing a day. A great challenge for Off Road enthusiasts that takes place in BC , the Mecca of Mountain Biking .This Incredible Single Track Adventure can be enjoyed to the fullest knowing you come in with the training, skills and knowledge you need. This portion is all indoors and focuses on physical prep. MTB Olympian and BCBR alumni, Lesley Tomlinson will coach the physiology and provide insights to having your best ride experience. Winter Session #1 is focused on Climbing – 6 videos 

Winter Session #2  Focus on higher threshold training systems and FTP work. As well as discussions on preparation and things to work on between classes – 6 Videos

Progression Series – RBC GranFondo Whistler – 4 Week Virtual  On- Demand Training Series

TaG Cycling Progression Sessions focus on the key concept of building and developing your intensity and duration on the bike. Cycling Olympian and TaG Cycling Founder Lesley Tomlinson will bring you these sessions in a 4 week  on-demand videos

Each of these sessions will focus on a training element and system that you need to train and challenge to achieve your best ride.  These pertain specifically to parts of the Whistler course, but are also necessary elements for any long ride goal.
